Overview:
A play is merely made up of scenes. Many scenes, all coming together to form a story. Acting is really listening and really responding and telling that story. Sure it's about finding your light and cheating out and being loud enough and changing costume and sound and lights and everything else. But it's really about listening and responding. And in this class that will be the focus as you work with a scene partner on a scene of your choosing. Start reading some plays, find a scene and bring it to class and let's work on it together.
